Dzi\u015b sa\u0142atka z podsma\u017con\u0105 na ma\u015ble klarowanym sa\u0142at\u0105 rzymsk\u0105, grillowan\u0105 cukini\u0105 i pomidorami. Podsma\u017cana sa\u0142ata rzymska ma wyj\u0105tkowy smak, lekko orzechowy. Grillowane plasterki cukinii, \u015bwie\u017ce zio\u0142a ( bazylia, natka, koperek), pomidory i dope\u0142nieniem jest sos na bazie jogurtu greckiego z czosnkiem i sokiem z cytryny. Wykonanie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sa\u0142at\u0119 rzymsk\u0105 przekrawamy na p\u00f3\u0142 ( wzd\u0142u\u017c), myjemy i sma\u017cymy na ma\u015ble klarowanym. Gotow\u0105 wyk\u0142adamy na p\u00f3\u0142misek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cukini\u0119 myjemy, wycieramy i kroimy w plasterki o grubo\u015bci 2  cm. Obtaczamy w oliwie  i grillujemy na patelni grillowej lub obsma\u017camy na zwyk\u0142ej patelni. Przek\u0142adamy do miski i doprawiamy sol\u0105, pieprzem, dodajemy suszony tymianek, mieszamy i dodajemy do sa\u0142aty.
